I have been a practicing criminal defense attorney since 1982. I am also licensed in Minnesota. I have handled cases in both State and Federal Courts in, Tennessee, North Carolina, Kentucky, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Texas, as well as a military court in Alabama. I have represented numerous individuals charged with capital offenses over the years and have been active in the N.A.C.D.L. since 1980.
